Controller- Oversees management of the following functions –
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition, auditing, cash management, fixed assets, and financial analysis for company’s restaurant management business.
  • Represents the company with external auditors, tax return accountants, attorneys, and business consultants.
  • Evaluates the results of overall operations regularly and systematically and reports these results to the executive team in Microsoft Power BI and other tools used by company.
  • Establishes and maintains systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhances the company’s value.
  • Evaluates systems software and financial organization development to maximize existing resources. Preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies.
  • Determine depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items and advise management on actions regarding the purchase, lease, or disposal of such items.. etc.

Keith has more than 30 years of experience in the food service industry in both full-service restaurants and cafeterias. He has been with Piccadilly for 10 years after holding leadership positions with Luby’s/Fuddruckers and Darden Restaurants (Red Lobster). Keith currently oversees the Operations for the company as well as the Institutional Feeding and Emergency Services divisions, which includes the Education, Business & Industry, Senior Dining, and Healthcare, and Emergency segments.  Additionally, Keith is currently also charged with expanding the new concept for the company the Piccadilly To Go Shops. 

Keith holds a BBA from Texas A&M in College Station, TX and an MBA from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

Shelley Brandenburg joined the organization on October 23, 2019 as the HR/Payroll Director. Shelley graduated in 1995 with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She then went on to get her Associate’s in Accounting and her HR certification. She spent 25 years in the staffing industry as the Operations Manager/HR Director before joining out team.
